The State of Ohio wants its employees to be healthy, active, and productive. But feeling your best can be difficult if you are living with a chronic health condition. That's why the State of Ohio is offering the Healthy Together program at no cost for employees, spouses and their dependent children (Note: dependent children is limited to those ages 5-18 who have asthma or diabetes) enrolled in the Ohio Health Plan.
